Underlining financial implications as a major hurdle in implementing the Right to Education Act, Delhi Government has initiated the process for implementation of the Act in the schools of the national Capital. Insiders say that Delhi Government needs over Rs 1,150 crore to implement the scheme proposed by the Union HRD Ministry beginning the next academic session.
