CERC's order stakeholders comments for setting of the benchmark capital cost of solar-PV for financial years 2010-11, 2011-2012 and solar-thermal projects for the years 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and 2012-13. The order also includes comments and calculations presented by stakeholders in a public hearing in February 2010.
