Liability bill will cripple our technology, says Gopalakrishnan [1]

KOCHI: The former Atomic Energy Regulatory Board Chairman, A. Gopalakrishnan, has said the Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Bill will lead to clipping the country's indigenous nuclear technology capabilities.

A critic of the New Delhi-Washington nuclear deal, he told The Hindu that the new law would open the doors for the U.S.
