The Division Bench of the Gauhati High Court comprising Chief Justice Madan Bhimarao Lokura and Justice UB Saha today, after hearing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Laxmi Talukdar and others relating to artificial flood of Guwahati along with the problems faced by the citizens of Guwahati for non-disposal of garbage by GMC, etc., expressed its dissatisfaction over the State Government
