Guj in grip of dengue for last couple of years [1]

Ahmedabad: The warning given by National Institute of Virology (NIV) to Gujarat regarding high number of dengue cases in 2010 is apparently coming true. The numbers have been increasing steadily over the last couple of the years. As many as 1,605 cases were registered in 2009, which was more than double than 2008 figure that stood at 615.
