ISLAMABAD, Jan 28: A memorandum of understanding would be signed with an American seed company Monsanto in February, paving way for supply of certified bio-tech (BT) cotton seeds in the country, minister for food and agriculture Nazar Mohammad Gondal said here on Thursday.
He was presiding over a meeting of all stakeholders before signing the deal with the seed company.
