During the past four years, the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) has taken several steps in order to ensure the compliance of the pollution norms by the industries and urban local bodies of the state.
While stating this before relinquishing his charge as PPCB chairman on June 16, Rajat Agarwal, in an interview with The Tribune, spoke at length about the functioning of the PPCB.
