Water Resources Minister Filipe Neri Rodrigues, stated that Tribunal will begin hearing on the dispute in November while replying to a query at a press conference on Monday here. He also indicated that the government has not sat idle while the Karnataka Government has continued to carry works for diversion of water on Mhadei River.
