KSEB, environmental groups urged to put proposals in public domain
With the consumption of energy in Kerala doubling every seven years, the State will have to go beyond the mere “tinkering” it is now doing with the dynamics of energy management to avoid a catastrophic situation in the near future, according to M.P. Parameswaran of the Integrated Rural Technology Centre (IRTC) in Palakkad.
