ALAPPUZHA: Defence Minister A K Antony inaugurated the Rs 491-crore Japan Drinking Water Project at Cherthala, near here, on Tuesday. Antony said that political parties in the state should follow the parties in Tamil Nadu, Bengal and northern states on developmental issues.
They often fight with each other on political issues, but their stance on developmental issues will be unanimous. In our state, over-politicisation has been delaying many projects for decades.
