Notice to show cause under Section 21 of the Air (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and under section 25/26 of the water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 [1]

Whereas, Regional Officer, Regional Office-Cum-Lab, JS>PC Board, Dhanbad was imspecting the industrial units of Bokaro on 06-07-2011 and saw huge amount of dust were being emitted through various stacks of coke oven plant, raw material, plant, steel melting section of your plant and very high fugitive emissions.
