The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Delhi Jal Board and Delhi Development Authority on a plea that said birds and animals were dying because of poisonous and polluted water released from illegal factories.
A division bench of Justice Pradeep Nandrajog and Justice Jayant Nath sought response from the Delhi government, DJB and DDA by Aug 13 on the plea seeking clean water for animals and birds in the city.
