Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Dr. Irfan Ahmad & Ors. Vs. Mr. Nawang Rigzin Jora & Ors. dated 03/07/2014 regarding landfill dumping site at the Achan dumping site in the outskirts of Srinagar.
Funds that have been sanctioned by the Central Government have not yet been disbursed to Jammu & Kashmir to take action, the NGT was informed.
