Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Tarun Bharat Chauhan & Others Vs. Union of India & Others dated 31/10/2014 regarding proposed Municipal Solid Waste Plant to be put up by the Government of Uttar Pradesh at Village Dundahera. The Tribunal ordered that the "Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) which has been given permission for the purposes of construction of multi-storied buildings should file an affidavit by giving correct particulars from the date when place was declared as a dumping yard till today and also the concerned officers who are responsible for the purposes of changing the land use."
