Telangana State Biological Diversity Rules, 2015 [1]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 63 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 (Central Act No. 18 of 2003), read with the Biological Diversity Rules, 2004 issued in GSR 261 (E), Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi, dated 15 April, 2004, the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following rules, namely: These Rules may be called “Telangana State Biological Diversity Rules”, 2015. These rules shall extend to the whole of the State of Telangana. These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the "Telangana State Gazette".
