Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Radharani Vajpayee vs State of Madhya Pradesh & Ors. dated 09/09/2015 regarding illegal mining and stone crushing units, Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
The Counsel for the State Government produced before NGT documents from the Divisional Forest Officer, Dewas wherein vide letter dtd. 14.08.2015 "he has informed the District Collector about the restoration plan for which this Tribunal had ordered after having stopped the illegal mining and stone crushing units operating therein".
