Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Society for Protection of Environment & Biodiversity & Others Vs. Union of India & Others dated 07/10/2015 regarding pollution of river Hindon because of industrial discharge, indiscriminate dumping of municipal waste and even sewage.
The Court noted that the chemical and other pollutant contents are of such high density that the foam from the river is moving to the road.
