Order of the Delhi District Court in the matter of Arif Qureshi vs Wild Life Inspector dated 01/10/2015 regarding recovery of shahtoosh shawls from a shop in Delhi.

This appeal is directed against judgment dated 02.06.2015 of Ld ACMM (Spl. Acts), Central, Tis Hazari vide which appellant/accused was held guilty for offences under Sections 44/49 and 49B(1) of Wild Life (Protection) Act.
