Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Digvijay Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 02/11/2015 regarding industrial pollution in the District of Barmer, Rajasthan.
NGT in its order asked the State of Rajasthan whether state it is in a position to put check on lawlessness and situation in the district that is likely to arise upon the continuing closure closure of the industries vide para 11 of the affidavit directed the state to file an affidavit explaining her stand in the given situation through secretary, Department of Environment and Forest.
