State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 15/12/2015 regarding maintenance, perseveration and protection of Gole Park, Sector 3, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabaad Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and seeks relief directing removal of the encroachment and restoration of the damaged Gole Park in the present case.
