Judgement of the Supreme Court of India regarding denial of access to common carrier capacity to pipelines, 13/01/2016 [1]

Judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of GAIL (India) Ltd. Vs Petroleum And Natural Gas Regulatory Board & Others dated 13/01/2016 regarding denial of access to common carrier capacity on reasonable endeavor basis to the two pipelines laid by the appellant (GAIL) to the second respondent, is discreminatory and amounting to Restrictive Trade Practices or not.

Supreme Court directs the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board to dispose of the complaint within six months.
