Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M. C. Mehta & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 27/01/2016 regarding pollution of river Ganga caused by industrial and domestic sewage .
The Ganga meeting of Phase-2 has been fixed for 04th February, 2016 in the Chamber of NGT where the Chief Secretary, concerned officers from the Nigam and all other Authorities should be present for final deliberation prior to passing of the Judgment by the Tribunal.
