Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding pollution caused by Needle Eye Plastic Industries, Uttarakhand, 29/02/2016 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s Needle Eye Plastic Industries Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Uttarakhand Environment Protection Pollution Control Board dated 29/02/2016 regarding pollution caused by the industry and operating without consent.

NGT imposes a sum of Rs. 10 lacs as the Environmental Compensation in terms of the Section 15 and 17 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 on the polluting industry.
