Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Society for Preservation of Kasauli and its Environs (SPOKE) Vs. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation & Others dated 29/02/2016 regarding construction activity that is being carried on in Kasauli and the surrounding areas without compliance of law.
NGT directs both the counsel to submit the list of the properties which are being constructed illegally, unauthorisedly in Kasauli whether in cantonment area, non- cantonment area or even in the near-by areas to Kasauli to which the Development Plan applies.
