Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s P.S. Industries & Others Vs. Delhi Pollution Control Committee & Others dated 24/05/2016 regarding disposal of hazardous waste by a small scale industry, Delhi. NGT directs the industry to maintain its ETP properly and ensure that it does not discharge the effluent in excess of the prescribed parameters and enter into an agreement with the CETP or even directly with Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd. for collection, storage and disposal of hazardous waste.
