Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Hotel Le Traveltino Patil Vs. DPCC dated 20/06/2016 regarding Hotel Le Traveltino not having obtained the necessary consent of establishment. Tribunal directs the hotel to pay environmental compensation of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs for violation of the laws, particularly the Air and Water Act, for at least 5 months.
