Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M/S. Adani Power Ltd. Vs Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission & Others dated 03/12/2015 regarding the Appeal of Adani Power Ltd to charge higher prices for electricity produced from their Mundra Power Project, Gujarat. The industry had sought a hike in tariffs to compensate for an increase in the price of imported coal that fuelled the power plants.
