Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding deconcretization and protection of trees in Delhi, 04/07/2016 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Aditya N. Prasad Vs. Union of India & Others dated 04/07/2016 regarding deconcretization and protection of trees in Delhi. NGT directs Vice-Chairman, DDA to take up one meeting at least, once in six months wherein the Chairman/Incharge of each Committee will be summoned and progress report in relation to deconcretization and protection of trees falling under the jurisdiction of different Corporation, PWD, NDMC and Delhi Cantonment Board be prepared.
