Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Manushyavakasa Samrakshana Sangham & Others Vs State of Kerala & Others dated 11/08/2016 regarding quarrying operations carried out in Kalanjoor Grama Panchayat, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. NGT finds that in the light of the various reports filed by the statutory authorities, it is clear that the quarrying operations carried on by the said respondents are well within the conditions prescribed under the EC.
