Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding registration of heavy commercial diesel vehicles which is BS-IV compliant for carrying petroleum products, 12/06/2017 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 12/06/2017 regarding registration of heavy commercial diesel vehicles which is BS-IV compliant for carrying petroleum products. NGT allows the registration of heavy commercial diesel vehicles subject to the condition that they are BS-IV compliant.
