Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s. Sidhi Vinayak Engineers Vs Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 23/02/2018 regarding . It is pointed out by the NOIDA Development Authority that M/s. Sidhi Vinayak Engineers shift the industrial unit and upon such information being furnished it had to be verified by the NOIDA Development Authority prior to grant of permission. He submits that is has not been done. The Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would soon furnish details of the place where they intend shifting.
