Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding implementation of Project Elephant Scheme in states of India, 23/04/2018 [1]

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of A. Rangarajan & Others Vs Union of India dated 23/04/2018 regarding implementation of Project Elephant Scheme in states of India. An Action Taken Report was sought from 22 states within 60 days. Inspite this only three states, i.e., Kerala, Meghalaya and West Bengal have responded. Supreme Court directs the states who have not submitted the report to submit it within four weeks.
