Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Union of India & Others Vs D. R. Parekh & Others dated 14/08/2018 regarding Synclair Hotel and Corbyns Cove falling under CRZ II category, Port Blair.

Supreme Court sets aside the High Court Order of 2004 and said that the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forests has come into force with effect from 6th January, 2011 and that all the parties shall abide by the said Notification.
