Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding use of fireballs and spikes to drive away elephants, 17/09/2018 [1]

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Prerna Singh Bindra & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 17/09/2018 regarding use of fireballs and spikes to drive away elephants. [2] Inspector General of Forests (Project Elephant) has stated before the Court that a report will be submitted before the Court within a month on the removal of spikes and discontinuing the fire balls for the safety of elephants.
