National Green Tribunal while expressing its dissatisfaction at the manner in which the case pending since the year 2013 and the way authorities are proceeding "in such an important matter where immense public interest is involved". In the interest of expeditious implementation of the action plan and the rules NGT refers the matter to the Monitoring Committee for the Southern Zone.
