Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vishal Arinjay Shah Vs. Suo Samita Pradeep Shah & Others dated 19/04/2018 regarding development/construction activity being carried out at Vadgaon Budruk, Pune under the name Grand Horizon.
[2] The question that arises for consideration is whether the Project Proponent is right in contending that it has right under the new notification issued on 14th March, 2017 to apply/obtain Environmental Clearance, and pending consideration of the said application could proceed with construction of the Project activity.
NGT disposes of the application with the direction that the project proponent cannot carry out any construction without an Environmental Clearance.
