Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ram Meher Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Others dated 11/12/2018. The prayer in this application is to remove encroachment from the water body at Khasra No. 446, Village Rajokri.
[2] The encroachment is contrary to the comprehensive scheme of the Central Government called National Plan Conservation of Aquatic Eco-systems (NPCA) which is necessary for ecologically crucial wet lands for ecological balance.
NGT directs the District Magistrate (New Delhi District) to submit a report on the factual aspects of the matter.
