Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of In Re: T. N. Godavarman Thirumulpad Vs Union of India & Others dated 04/02/2019 regarding illegal mining in Aravalli, Rajasthan. The SC noted that on 29/10/2018 27% ground truthing has been completed and the remaining is in process. But even after three months only 31% of the ground truthing has been completed.

Apex Court while calling the progress report highly unsatisfactory orders the Chief Secretary of the State of Rajasthan to be personally present in Court to explain why ground truthing exercise to find out the area of illegal mining has not been completed.
