Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding defacement of hills and public constructions with slogans and messages of political parties, Tamil Nadu, 08/03/2019 [1]

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of In Defence of Environment and Animals (IDEA) Vs The State of Tamil Nadu dated 08/03/2019 regarding defacement/disfigurement on rocks, [2] hills, hillocks in Tamil Nadu. Two weeks time has been given to the State of Tamil Nadu to appraise SC of the steps taken by it with regard to the defacement/disfigurement on rocks, hills, hillocks and also on public constructions, particularly slogans/messages of political nature depicting the photographs of politicians.
