Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sandplast (India) Ltd. & Others Vs Ministry of Environment and Forest & Others dated 12/03/2019. This application has been filed for exemption of the applicant power plants from the effect of order dated 20.11.2018 which 
[2] required payment of damages for non-compliance of requirement of fly ash management. NGT gives the power plants the opportunity to put forward their view point before the Committee constituted by the MoEF & CC within one week. Further the order of suspension of deposit of damages as per order of the Supreme Court [3] will continue till the Committee submit its report.
