Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rohit Yadav, President, Resident Welfare Association RWA Madipur Village Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 26/11/2019 regarding encroachment of the ring road and carrying on of polluting activities at stretch of road from Raghuvir Nagar to Punjabi Bagh.

The status report from Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) informed the tribunal that illegal encroachment has been removed, damaged boundary wall repaired and environmental compensation assessed. In view of the above facts, the NGT disposed of the case.
