The industry a cement tiles factory was causing air pollution and extracting underground water. Report by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board informed the Tribunal that the unit was operating without obtaining prior Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate from the State PCB and that the land on which the units was established has not been converted for industrial purpose, among other infractions.

Also, closure order has been issued and unit has been closed. The NGT directed submission of a compliance report within one month on the aspect of environmental compensation for illegal operation of the unit.
