Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Surendra Singh Vs State of Haryana & Others dated 03/02/2020 regarding illegal encroachment of a park in 2C Block & 2D Block of NIT Faridabad, Haryana by Shivalaya Colony and Naga Baba Colony.

The NGT directed the Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran and Deputy Commissioner to furnish a factual and action taken report in the matter.
