Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Arjun Singh Vs Central Pollution Control Board & Others dated 07/07/2020. Grievance in this application is that M/s RDC Concrete India Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad is operating in violation of environmental norms. Ground water is also being extracted without requisite permission. Such operation is adversely affecting the environment. No action has been taken by the authorities.
The NGT directed a factual and action taken report from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad and the District Magistrate, Faridabad. Report needs to be furnished within two months.
