Grievance in the application was against discharge of untreated effluent in Bhima River by Amul Satellite Dairy Pvt. Ltd., Pune. The report filed by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board in its report to the NGT said that samples collected from the final outlet of effluent treatment plant from Amul Satellite Dairy showed that all the parameters were within the consented standards. In view of the above, the Court disposed of the case.
