Order of the High Court of Delhi in the matter of Jai Dhar Gupta Vs of NCT of Delhi dated 27/05/2021 about standards for the manufacture and sale of face masks.

The court was informed that the Bureau of Indian Standards has already laid down norms to regulate the standards for manufacture and sale of face masks and face covers. The court granted time to the petitioner to look at the said regulations and listed the case for June 4, 2021.
