Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Compliance of Municipal Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and other environmental issues dated 02/07/2020.

The NGT directed the Niti Ayog report, June 25, 2020 to be taken on record and must be acted upon by all states/UT's. The report called for an EPC contract for legacy waste dumpsite remediation and DPR preparation toolkit for dumpsite remediation.
