Objections to the report of the Joint Committee (November 20, 2021) and Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board report (November 17, 2021) on behalf of Krishna Oil and Fats Private Limited. The matter related to discharge of effluents by edible oil refineries set up in Krishnapatnam region wherein South India Krishna Oil and Fats Pvt. Ltd. is also one of the respondents. The unit is fully compliant with all existing applicable laws and standards prescribed by the various pollution control regulatory bodies. The unit has also filed objections by way of an affidavit to the findings of the Joint Committee.
