Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Prafulla Samantray Vs Union of India & Others dated 23/03/2022. The matter related to the grant of environmental clearance, February 2, 2021 granted by the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change to M/s Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLCIL) for its 3X800 MW thermal power plant in the area of Taliabira which is part of the IB Valley in Jharsuguda district of Odisha.
