The applicants are plot buyers at plotted project of TDI City Kundli, Sonipat Haryana. The TDI city is spread over around 1200 acres of land. The plots are to be constructed by the plot buyers themselves while common amenities like sewerage, electricity, water, horticulture, STP , rain water harvesting etc. are supposed to be provided by the project proponent, which it has failed to provide said the applicants.

The project proponent (PP) has tried to play fraud upon the NGT by manipulating the records. Apart from filing documents pertaining to apartment project to show false development in the plotted project, it can be seen that a single EC for the several sectors has been filed by the PP.
